I would tell people how amazing Leigha is at guiding the walk – very helpful – relaxing – sweet. Loved the overall experience – awakens all of the senses in a new way.
Leigha & Travis have a wonderful talent for making this experience adaptable for anyone. Not everyone has the same level of comfort sitting with themselves, speaking in front of strangers, etc. They did a great job of creating an open, inclusive environment that felt welcoming for everybody.
This walk was honestly exactly what I needed. It kept me from rushing through the woods looking for something; instead we took the time to find things right where we were.
This was an amazing experience and I would do it again.
