DESCRIPTION:Nourish 04: A Community Land-Tending Day\nSunday\, October 26\, 2025\n12 noon – 5pm*\n*Dinner and Sauna to follow \nA woodland workout with friends awaits! This autumn’s projects will include firewood splitting\, stacking\, and storing; gathering kindling on “stick walks”; creating wildlife habitat piles from deadfall; trail and fire-pit tending; and other projects that make themselves apparent. If you have loppers\, chainsaws\, reciprocating saws\, axes\, or other tools you think would be helpful\, bring them along! We will have some tools to share use of\, as well as some work gloves and goggles – if you have your own\, even better! We recommend sturdy\, close-toed shoes or boots\, and sturdy work clothes that could get snagged on brambles and still protect you from scratches. \nNourish events are always free\, and are followed by hot dinner and a sauna session (with adjacent bonfire for those choosing to not partake in the thermic cycle). Registration required for all participants. Donations toward operating costs are gratefully accepted\, but never expected.
