Join us for a guided nature and forest therapy walk through Spring Lake Park Reserve – Schaar’s Bluff. Located in Hastings, just 30 minutes south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, this scenic park overlooking a sweeping Mississippi River vista is a notable rest stop along the Great River Road, often called the “hidden jewel” of the Upper Mississippi River Valley.
